- Get written approval from the hotel/resort/host/HOA for a beach or lawn ceremony setup.
- Share the on-site contact so we can coordinate load-in and quiet hours.
2) Location & access
- Exact ceremony spot (beach, lawn, rooftop, private sand access).
- Nearest parking/loading and route to the setup area (elevators/boardwalks).
- Power availability (we also carry battery audio).
3) Rules to respect
- Noise limits, glass restrictions, décor rules (stakes/flames).
- Guest number limits and chair allowances in common areas.
- Public beach behind a hotel may still require a city/county permit—we’ll advise.
4) Weather & back-up
- Have a covered option (ballroom, patio) ready just in case.
- We monitor wind/tide/surf and adjust layout for comfort and safety.
